NOTICE: Due to the COVID-19 emergency and, pursuant to Section 551.125 of the Texas Government Code and the executive orders of Governor Greg Abbott suspending provisions of the Texas Government Code and other applicable laws of the State regarding normal open meetings, the City Council will hold this meeting by internet/telephonic remote means.

AGENDA:
             
1. Consider the Adoption of a Legislative Agenda for 2021 (87th Session of the Texas Legislature).
 
  Council is requested to consider and adopt a Legislative Agenda as proposed by the Legislative Affairs Committee. The agenda is a statement of general principles regarding the City’s interests in State legislative affairs and will provide guiding parameters relating to the City’s interactions and efforts during the 87th Session of the Texas Legislature. A draft Legislative Agenda is attached.
 
2. 2021 Proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP) – Tax-Supported Staff Presentations.
