City of Garland Ordinance #4671 requires members of this Commission to disqualify themselves if they have a conflict of interest, as defined in Article V, Section 10.50, of this ordinance.  If such a conflict exists in a matter, a Commission member must complete a “Disqualified Affidavit” and may not participate in any discussion or vote on the matter.  Disqualification Affidavits are available from the Director of Civil Service or the City Secretary’s office.
