AGENDA:



1.			APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approve the minutes of the March 11, 2021 meeting.

2.			ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION

		a.	Public Comments Persons who desire to address the Committee on any item on the agenda are allowed three minutes to speak. Testimony may be held until the item is considered or given at the beginning of any Admin Services meeting. Invited testimony may also occur at any time, subject to a request of the member of the committee and approval of the chair.

		b.	Council Ethics Policy (Aubin) Councilman Aubin has requested that the ASC consider rewriting the council’s ethics policy due to substantial changes in state law since the last revision. Legal staff will discuss the current ordinance, and the committee will discuss next steps.

		c.	Facility Naming and Dedication Plaques (LeMay) Mayor LeMay has asked ASC to develop policy regarding facility names and dedication plaque information. Click to View

	3.		Pending Items for Discussion There are no additional items pending for the committee. These items are currently in the committee’s backlog and will not be discussed at this meeting.

	4.		Pending Reports to Council Garland Foundation for Development Board Makeup Donation Handling Council Policy Review The committee has acted on these items. They have not yet been reported to the full council.

	5.		ADJOURN
