1.					MISSION STATEMENT To maximize the potential inclusion and quality of life for all citizens in the City of Garland by increasing the number of citizens we reach, teach, educate and involve in what the City of Garland has to offer. To ensure that every citizen regardless of ethnic, racial, religious or cultural backgrounds feels welcomed in the community, neighborhood, businesses or places of worship.

2.					APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approval of the minutes from the August 19 meeting.

3.					ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION a. Prospective Media Project for FY 21-22 - Establish an Ad hoc committee b. Consider an invitation to Council Member Moore, District 3 (Mosaic) c. Resource Center Follow-up d. Survey Follow-up e. Serving as liaisons to the Juneteenth Planning Committee f. Partner with Cultural Arts as liaisons g. Nominations for Chair and Vice Chair g. Ordering New Commission Shirts
