NOTICE OF MEETING CITY OF GARLAND, TEXAS ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES COMMITTEE Work Session Room of City Hall 200 N. Fifth Street Garland, Texas December 2, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.   A meeting of the Administrative Services Committee of the City of Garland, Texas will be held Thursday, December 2 at 2:00 p.m. at City Hall, 200 N. Fifth Street, in the Work Session Room, Garland, Texas.
AGENDA:

1.					APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approve the minutes of the October 28, 2021 meeting.
2.					ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION
	a.				Public Comments Persons who desire to address the Committee on any item on the agenda are allowed three minutes to speak. Testimony may be held until the item is considered or given at the beginning of any Admin Services meeting. Invited testimony may also occur at any time, subject to a request of the member of the committee and approval of the chair.

3.					Future Agenda Items Community Special Events Policy Policy on Remote Attendance by Council Members Policy on non-profit access to purchasing equipment prior to auction These items are currently in the committee's backlog and will not be discussed at this meeting.
