NOTICE OF MEETING CITY OF GARLAND, TEXAS PARKS & RECREATION BOARD Work Session Room of City Hall 200 N. Fifth Street Garland, Texas February 8, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.   A meeting of the Parks & Recreation Board of the City of Garland, Texas will be held Wednesday, February 8, 2022  at 7:00 p.m. at 200 N. Fifth Street, in the Work Session Room, Garland, Texas. Agenda:  Prior to the regular meeting of the board, the Facilities and Finance committee will meet at 6:00 p.m. to discuss the Tuckerville Park Development update. The Policies and Program committee will meet at 6:30 p.m. to discuss the Tuckerville Park Development update, the fee-exempt request - Gramercy Homeowners' Association, Youth Programs Standards of Care, and a proposal from the North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD).
