THE FIRST ITEM IS APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF THE FEBRUARY 14TH, 2022 MEETING DIRECTOR SMITH MOVE APPROVAL.

I HAVE MOTION TO APPROVE A DIRECTOR SMITH SECOND BY DIRECTOR HEDRICK TO APPROVE ALL IN FAVOR.

I WILL SAY THAT'S UNANIMOUS.

AND THAT BRINGS US TO ITEM TWO, CONSIDER THE PURCHASE OF TWO TRACKS OF LAND OF 5.8 PLUS OR MINUS ACRES IN AGGREGATE NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF ELM GROVE ROAD AND WHITLEY ROAD AND AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE SUCH DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION.

BUT THE UPDATE ON THIS PROJECT, WHICH IS THE PURCHASE OF PIECE OF PROPERTY, VERY CLOSE TO THE LANDFILL IS THAT WE'VE AGREED ON A PURCHASE PRICE.

I'M GONNA STOP ON THE MAP, UM, A PURCHASE PRICE WITH THE SELLER.

ORIGINALLY, THEY WERE ASKING 700,000 WE'VE AGREED TO 600,000.

SO WE WOULD LIKE THE APPROVAL OF THE BOARD TO ALLOW THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT.

OKAY, HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS.

I WILL JUST GO THROUGH THE, THE NORMAL TRACK IN MY MIND.
