Fifth Street Garland, Texas February 28, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. Immediately Following the 6:00 p.m. Work Session of the Garland City Council   NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Garland Foundation for Development, Inc. will meet at the aforementioned date, time, and location to discuss and consider the following items:
AGENDA:

1.					Approval of the minutes of the February 14, 2022 meeting.
2.					Consider the purchase of two tracts of land of 5.8 +/- acres in aggregate, near the intersection of Elm Grove Road and Whitley Road and authorize the Executive Director to execute such documents necessary to complete the transaction.
3.					ADJOURN

NOTICE: The Board may recess from the open session and convene in a closed executive session if the discussion of any of the listed agenda items concerns matters regarding privileged and unprivileged client information deemed confidential by Rule 1.05 of the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct.  Sec. 551.071, Tex.
