THE FOCUS OF THE PLAN WAS ON PEOPLE PLACE AND PLATFORM AND INCLUDES A STRATEGIC PLAN WITH SERVICES TO CHILDREN, ADULTS AND COMMUNITY TECHNOLOGY PLANS, STAFFING PLAN

CAREGIVERS BABIES, TODDLERS, PRESCHOOLERS. AND SCHOOL AGED CHILDREN. PARENTS OR THEIR CHILD'S FIRST TEACHER. SO IT'S AN EXTENSIVE PROGRAM. WE DO HAVE TO GO THROUGH A THREE YEAR PROCESS TO HAVE ALL OF THE CHECKS AND BALANCES FROM THE ORIGINAL TRAINERS AND LIBRARY.
