I'D LIKE TO CALL THE MEETING

[00:00:01]

OF THE CULTURE ARTS

[Cultural Arts Commission on July 19, 2022.]

COMMISSION TO ORDER TODAY'S JULY 19.

UM, SO FIRST OFF, WE'RE GOING TO APPROVE THE MINUTES FROM OUR LAST MEETING.

TIME TO LOOK AT THOSE HERE IN THE, I READ THEM AHEAD OF TIME AND I DIDN'T SEE ANY CORRECTIONS CORRECTIONS OR ANYTHING.

SO I'LL MAKE THE MOTION THAT WE APPROVE THE MINUTES AS READ.

OKAY.

ALL THOSE IN FAVOR, SAY, AYE.

I FIGURED YOU'D BE HERE.

SO YES, FIRST OFF, WE'VE GOT QUITE A FEW INTRODUCTIONS TO MAKE TODAY.

FIRST OFF WE HAVE COUNCILMAN ED NORTH HERE WITH US DISTRICT THREE.

I GET RIBBONS YOUR APPOINTMENT.

YES.

AND THEN OUR NEW DIRECTOR, AMY ROSENTHAL.

SO I'D LIKE YOU TELL US A LITTLE BIT SHARE.

ABSOLUTELY.

SO, SO I'M AMY ROSENTHAL.

I'M THE NEW, LIKE, I GUESS THIS IS MY FOURTH WEEK.

SO I'M NOT BRAND SPANKING NEW, BUT STILL VERY, VERY NEW, UH, CULTURAL ARTS DIRECTOR FOR THE CITY OF GARLAND.

SO I HAVE COME FROM THE CITY OF MCKINNEY.

I WAS THERE FOR 16 YEARS.

UM, I WAS THE, UH, MAIN STREET SLASH PERFORMING ARTS CENTER DIRECTORS.

SO MY DUTIES IN MCKINNEY, I MANAGED THEIR PERFORMING ARTS CENTER.

UM, I MANAGED THEIR DOWNTOWN PROGRAM, THEIR ARTS COMMISSION AND SPECIAL EVENTS.

SO IT WAS A LOT OF HATS, BUT NOW HERE I'M IN THE HACK CAPITOL OF TEXAS.

RIGHT.

AND SO NOW I JUST HAVE ONE HAT, WHICH I'M SO EXCITED ABOUT, UH, AS THE, AS THE CULTURAL ARTS PERSON.

SO EVERYBODY HAS BEEN, UM, VERY WARM, VERY WELCOMING HERE.

WE HAVE AN INCREDIBLE TEAM, A REALLY GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE.

SO, UM, I'M VERY EXCITED TO WORK WITH YOU ALL IN MCKINNEY.

WE HAD AN ARTS COMMISSION OF SEVEN MEMBERS, UH, THAT I WAS A STAFF LIAISON TO.

AND THEN I ALSO WAS A STAFF LIAISON TO OUR MAIN STREET BOARD, WHICH HAD NINE MEMBERS.

AND SIMILAR TO THIS COMMISSION WAS A PRIVATE 5 0 1 C3.

SO, UH, HOPEFULLY CAN HELP, UH, BRING A FEW THINGS AND, AND SO MANY GOOD THINGS.

THIS IS LIKE THE BEST TIME TO BE IN GARLAND RIGHT NOW.

YOU KNOW, I MEAN, SO MANY OPPORTUNITIES, YOUR CULTURAL ARTS PLAN IS JUST LIKE OUT OF THIS WORLD.

IT'S SO COOL.

SO, UH, REALLY, REALLY GLAD TO BE HERE ELSE.

IT'S EXCITING TO HAVE YOU FIND IT TO HAVE SOME DIRECTION TO A LEADER.

THAT'S GOOD.

IF I CAN PIGGYBACK ON THAT ON BEHALF OF THE REST OF THE STAFF AND THE CITY, WE COULDN'T BE MORE EXPANDED TO BRING AMY ON BOARD.

SHE'S EXCEPTIONALLY QUALIFIED, HAS GREAT EXPERIENCE, GREAT PERSONALITY, GREAT ENERGY, GREAT TEAM BUILDER.

AND SO WE ARE REALLY, REALLY EXCITED TO WORK WITH HER AND ALLOW HER AND SUPPORT HER TO REALLY MOVE THIS DEPARTMENT FORWARD AND ADVANCING THE MASTER PLAN AND OTHER INITIATIVES AS THEY ARISE AND AS CITIZENS AND COUNCIL.

SO WE'RE SUPER EXCITED.

THANK YOU.

WONDERFUL.

YES, YES.

YEAH.

OKAY.

WELL, GOOD.

I, UH, WELCOME TO, UH, CONDITIONS.

YEAH.

YOU KNOW WHAT, LET ME JUST GET, LET ME HAVE YOU SIT RIGHT HERE.

I WAS AND, UH, COUNCILMAN FAST.

SO SHE GETS, I GUESS, A WARNING TONIGHT, SO SHE WILL BE JOINING US, BUT SHE WANTED TO COME SEE WHAT IT WAS ALL ABOUT.

SO THANK YOU, ANDY, FOR BEING HERE.

ALL RIGHT.

UM, SO WE'LL GO AHEAD AND MOVE ON TO OUR, UH, I WAS SUPPOSED CONSIDERATION OR THE METHOD REPORTS.

SURE.

SO YOU'LL, YOU'LL FIND IN YOUR PACKET, THERE'S A MONTHLY REPORT THAT GIVES AN OVERVIEW OF ACTIVITIES, UM, AT THE PLAZA AND AT THE GRANDVILLE AND AT THE ATRIUM.

SO SPECIAL SHOUT OUT TO MS. THERESA CLAPPER.

SHE HAS ASSEMBLED ALL OF HER DOCUMENTS TODAY.

UM, TERESA, DID YOU WANT TO, IS THERE ANYTHING TO HIGHLIGHT OR, UH, JUST, JUST TO MAKE NOTE THAT THE HIGHLIGHTED ONES ARE THE ONES THAT YOU GUYS HAVE FUNDED, UH, WITH YOUR GRANTS, UH, UH, AND YOU SUBSIDIES IN SOME CASES.

SO I KNOW THAT SOME OF THOSE ORGANIZATIONS, YOU HAD PARTICULAR INTEREST TO KNOW IF THEY HAD, UH, BOOKED ANYTHING.

YES.

THAT'S NICE.

IT'S

[00:05:02]

A GOOD, GOOD ACTIVITY.

AND THIS IS RIGHT.

AND SO WE'RE ABOUT TO KICK OFF ANOTHER FULL BUILDING OF ACTIVITY HERE, COMING UP IN JULY.

AND THAT, THAT IS OUR NEXT, UM, OUR NEXT POINT, OR IT'S JUST TO TALK A LITTLE BIT ABOUT OTHER CITY HAPPENINGS, BUT I'LL WAIT.

YEAH.

ARE THERE, I GUESS, ARE THERE ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT ACTIVITIES FROM MAY AND JUNE FROM OUR REPORT? OKAY, SO, ALRIGHT.

AND UPCOMING PROJECTS.

SURE.

SO UPCOMING PROJECTS.

SO YOU'LL NOTICE IN YOUR PACKET THAT THE CULTURAL ARTS DEPARTMENT, AND THIS IS NOT, THESE ARE NOT COMMISSIONED DOLLARS.

THESE ARE DOLLARS THAT ARE ACTUALLY OUT OF THIS, THE CITY'S CULTURAL ARTS DEPARTMENT.

WE HAVE A SINGER SONGWRITER SHOWCASE THAT WAS INITIALLY SCHEDULED FOR JULY 23RD.

WE HAD A FEW PARTICIPANTS THAT HAD SCHEDULING CONFLICTS.

HE SAID, OKAY, LET'S JUST GO AHEAD AND PUSH IT OUT TO OCTOBER.

SO THAT'S BEEN POSTPONED TO OCTOBER EIGHT AND THEN WE'RE SUPER EXCITED TO HOST A BITTY BITTY BHANDA, WHICH IS A SELENA TRIBUTE, WHICH IS GOING TO BE OUT OF THIS WORLD.

SHE'S LIKE ONE OF THE BEST SELENA.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST SELENA TRIBUTE BANDS IN THE SOUTHWEST OF NOT THE COUNTRY.

SO THERESA HELPED IDENTIFY THIS ARTIST AND WE'RE VERY EXCITED.

WE COULD REALLY USE THE COMMISSIONER'S HELP ON, UM, SPREADING THE WORD AND PROMOTING THIS.

AND THIS IS FOR SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 17TH, IT'S GOING TO BE WEIRD AND IT WILL BE HERE AT THE GRANVILLE.

SO AT THE GRANVILLE ARTS CENTER.

SO WE, UH, WE HAVE TRIED, WE'RE TRYING TO FORM SOME PARTNERSHIP.

I MEAN, WE'VE GOT SOME REALLY FANTASTIC RELATIONSHIPS IN THE COMMUNITY, BUT KNOWING THAT WE WANT TO WORK WITH GABA, I THINK MR. TORRES YEAH.

CAN HELP US, RIGHT.

WELL, NO, BUT HE'S, HE'S ON THE LIST.

HE'S ON OUR LIST.

AND SO WE'RE GOING TO HAVE A STREET TEAM KIND OF GET OUT THROUGH THE COMMUNITY TO, UM, TO PUT UP SOME FLYERS AND SOME POSTERS.

SO IF THERE'S, I MEAN, AGAIN, WE, UH, ARE REALLY EXCITED TO HELP BRING IN SOME NEW AUDIENCES.

SO, UH, BUT, BUT COULD USE A LITTLE HELP, YOU KNOW, AND IT COULD, SO THERE'S SOME THINGS THAT ARE THERE PLACES OR, UM, PEOPLE THAT YOU THINK THAT WE SHOULD BE MAKING SURE TO GET THIS INFORMATION, PLEASE LET US KNOW.

SO THAT THAT'S HAPPENING.

WE ALSO HAVE, I THINK, UH, THE SUMMER CONCERT SERIES, ANDY, I DON'T KNOW IF YOU WANT TO SHARE TOMORROW NIGHT IS GOING TO BE OUT OF THIS WORLD, UM, THURSDAY NIGHT.

YEAH, I THINK WE MIGHT ACTUALLY BE A LITTLE BREAK IN THE HEAT, A HUNDRED ON THURSDAY SO THIS IS CODY CANADA IN THE DEPARTMENT, AND HE IS A NATIONWIDE KIND OF HOW TO DESCRIBE THE GENRE BECAUSE WHEN HE WAS CROSS CANADIAN RAGWEED, THAT'S A GIANT FAN OF ONE SOUND AND HE'S GOT HIS OWN SOUND.

IT'S KIND OF A AMERICANA ROCK COUNTRY BLUESY KIND OF SILENCE.

AND SO HE'S, HE'S HUGE.

AND THEN I THINK HIS OPENER IS, UH, THIS WEEKEND, THIS WEEK, HE'S IN COLORADO AND HE'S GOING TO BE IN THE SAME PLACE I'M GOING IN NEXT WEEK.

SO ANYWAY, THIS IS GOING TO BE A BREAK SHOW.

I'M HOPING TO SEE A REALLY LARGE CROWD THAT THE WINNERS AT THE SPRING CREEK SHOWS UP, BRING A CHAIR BEFORE EIGHT AT THE STAGE IN A WAY THAT SITS IN THE SHADE A LITTLE BIT MORE, JUST GIVEN THE HEAT.

WE REALIZED THAT ORIENTED IN SUCH A WAY.

IT PUTS PEOPLE IN A LOT BETTER OPPORTUNITY TO SIT IN THE TREES AROUND SO GREAT SUMMER CONCERTS ON THURSDAY NIGHT, WE ALSO HAVE THE, UM, THE BAND TOGETHER, SOME OF THE MUSIC SERIES THAT'S HAPPENING IN DOWNTOWN.

SO ANOTHER GREAT CONCERT SCHEDULED ON FRIDAY NIGHT.

IT'S I THINK IT'S, UH, NORTH NORTHERN, NORTHERN NORTH.

I HEAR, I CAN'T REMEMBER OFF THE TOP OF MY HEAD, BUT THEY ARE ANOTHER TERRIFIC GROUP.

THAT'S KIND OF HELPED KEEP THINGS, KEEP THE DOWNTOWN ENERGIZED, ESPECIALLY IF THEY'RE GOING THROUGH ALL OF THOSE REALLY INTENSE CONSTRUCTION AND THE BAND TOGETHER THAT SERIES CONTINUES ON THROUGH SEPTEMBER.

SO SHOWS WILL CONTINUE OUTSIDE, UH, THROUGH AUGUST, BUT THEN MOVE INTO THE PLAZA THEATER STARTING IN SEPTEMBER, UM, AND BUILDING MOMENTUM EACH, EACH ONE THIS LAST SEPTEMBER ALONE HAD A FULL HOUSE AND THEY WERE GREAT.

SO CONCERTS HAVE GOTTEN BETTER AND THE ATTENDANCE HAS GOTTEN BETTER DESPITE THE HEAT.

I WOULD AGREE.

LET ME JUST SAY, I SHOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING DURING THE INTRODUCTION THERE, BUT YOU ARE LIVING RIGHT NOW DURING SOME VERY

[00:10:01]

EXCITING, EXCITING FOR ME IN THAT.

I DON'T KNOW IF YOU WERE AWARE OF THE MANY CULTURAL GROUPS THAT WE HAVE IN THE CITY OF 270 DIFFERENT CULTURAL GROUPS THAT WE WERE TALKING.

YES, SIR.

IT'S, IT'S EXTREMELY DIVERSE CITY, EXTREMELY DIVERSE.

AND I THINK THAT THAT'S ONE OF THE THINGS THAT FOR ME ANYWAY, MY BACKGROUND, I HAVEN'T BEEN INVOLVED WITH THESE TYPES OF ACTIVITIES AND EVENTS PRETTY MUCH ALL MY LIFE.

AND I LOVE ART THEATER.

ONE OF THE THINGS I CAN SAY ABOUT OUR CULTURAL ARTS, WE'RE SECOND TO NONE.

I DON'T KNOW IF YOU'VE EVER BEEN TO NEW YORK TO SEE SOME OF THE PLAYS AND THINGS THAT THEY HAVE THERE.

LET ME TELL YOU HERE WE CAN COMPETE.

AND I LOVE THAT ABOUT OUR COMMUNITY AND ABOUT OUR STUDY, BECAUSE IT DOES REFLECT THE COMMUNITY.

AND I THINK IT'S SO IMPORTANT AT THE CULTURAL PARTS PRESENTATIONS THAT WE PUT ON AND THEY'RE REPRESENTATIVE OF THE COMMUNITY.

WE HAVE A VERY LARGE VIETNAMESE COMMUNITY AND A VERY LARGE HISPANIC COMMUNITY, VERY LARGE, AND ALL OF THESE COMMUNITIES DESERVE TO HAVE SOME TYPE OF CULTURAL ART REPRESENTATION.

AND SO I JUST WANT TO SAY TO YOU THIS EVENING, THAT I'M VERY PROUD OF EACH OF YOU FOR THE WORK THAT YOU DO IN THE SERVICE TO DO.

WE KNOW THAT YOU VOLUNTEER, YOU, YOU GET LOTS OF MONEY FOR DOING THIS VERY PROUD OF THE WORK THAT YOU GUYS ARE DOING.

AND I'VE BEEN MEANING TO STOP BY AND JUST KIND OF TAKE A LOOK AT THINGS FOR QUITE SOME TIME AND GET TO KNOW A LITTLE BIT ABOUT WHAT'S GOING ON.

BUT I WANT TO ALSO RECOGNIZE A COUPLE OF PEOPLE SINCE, UH, ANDY HAS COME ON BOARD, ALL OF THIS EXCITEMENT THAT YOU SEE IS TAKING PLACE RIGHT NOW, I THINK THAT HE HAS CONTRIBUTED A GREAT DEAL TO MUCH OF IT.

AND YOU KNOW, I'M ONE OF THOSE GUYS THAT WHEN I FIRST CAME HERE, UH, COUNTRY AND WESTERN WAS THE THING AND I LOVE COUNTRY AND WESTERN, I USED TO BE A COUNTRY WITH DJ, BUT DO UNDERSTAND THERE'S MORE THAN COUNTRY WESTERN.

SO WHAT ANDY HAS BEEN ABLE TO DO IS TO BRING IN SOME R AND B IN SOME BLUES AND RHYTHM AND ITS OWN AND SO FORTH THAT DIVERSITY, THAT EXCITEMENT AND THAT CREATIVITY.

AND THAT'S ONE OF THE THINGS THAT I AM SO HAPPY AND EXCITED ABOUT THAT YOU ARE GOING TO BE FOLLOWING UP ON.

I DON'T WANT TO SAY TO YOU JUST YOUR ENTHUSIASM.

I FEEL IT RIGHT NOW.

I JUST CAME IN FROM OUTSIDE.

IT WAS .

SO WE'RE LOOKING FORWARD TO GREAT THINGS HAPPENING WITH YOU ALL.

SO NOW I'M NOT GOING TO STAY THE WHOLE MEETING, BUT I DID JUST WANT TO COME AND LET YOU KNOW THAT, THAT WE WERE PROUD OF YOU.

WE SUPPORT YOU.

THE COUNCIL IS LOOKING FORWARD TO GREAT THINGS, CONTINUE TO HAPPEN.

AND IF THERE'S ANYTHING THAT WE CAN DO TO ASSIST YOU, DON'T HESITATE TO LET US KNOW.

THANK YOU, BARRETT.

I APPRECIATE THAT.

YOU DIDN'T TRY TO, YOU KNOW, TRY TO, UH, MAKE SURE WE GET THINGS OUT TO ALL THE DIFFERENT GROUPS, BUT SOMETIMES IT'S HARD.

IT'S, YOU KNOW, IT DEPENDS ON OUR MAILINGS AND STUFF.

CAUSE I KNOW OUR ARTS IN ACTION.

OKAY.

WE SWITCHED FROM THE BIG FOUR OR FIVE PAGE THING JUST TO WORK HARD.

SO WAS THAT, WHO WAS THAT? SURE.

SO, I MEAN, I CAN SPEAK A LITTLE TO THAT, THAT, AND THAT HAPPENED DURING, UM, THE, THE PRIOR DIRECTORS TENURES THAT, YOU KNOW, I THINK THEY WERE LOOKING AT MARKETING EFFORTS.

YOU KNOW, EVERYTHING HAS CHANGED SO MUCH IN THE LAST FEW YEARS.

I MEAN, SO MANY THE WAY WE LEARN ABOUT EVENTS, THE WAY WE CONSUME MEDIA.

AND THEN EVEN IF YOU THINK ABOUT THE PANDEMIC AND I, I, MY UNDERSTANDING WAS THAT THE NEWSLETTER WAS NOT RECEIVING THE SAME RESPONSE AS MAYBE SOME OF THE OTHER DIGITAL, YOU KNOW, EITHER PROMOTED FACEBOOK POSTS OR EMAILS.

AND SO THERE WAS AN EFFORT TO KIND OF REFORMAT THE NEWSLETTER INTO A POSTCARD.

SO I'M STILL LEARNING.

I STILL NEED TO UNDERSTAND EXACTLY HOW, WHAT WHAT'S GOING ON.

AND SO I'D LOVE FEEDBACK FROM THE COMMISSION.

UM, YOU KNOW, AGAIN, SOMETIMES THOSE DIRECT MAIL PIECES WERE GREAT FOR SOME INDIVIDUALS AND SOMETIMES THE DIRECT MAIL PIECE JUST GETS THROWN INTO THE TRASH.

SO KNOWING THAT WE HAVE SUCH LIMITED DOLLARS, YOU KNOW, WE WANT TO JUST BE AS, UM, I GUESS, AS STRATEGIC AS POSSIBLE WHEN THINKING ABOUT A MARKETING PROGRAMS. SO, OKAY.

WELL, AGAIN, IT WAS JUST ALL OF A SUDDEN HERE, I GOT THAT.

I WAS KIND OF LIKE, I GUESS, YOU KNOW, WE WEREN'T INFORMED AS THAT WAS GOING TO CHANGE OR WHATEVER.

SO I JUST WAS CURIOUS AS TO, UH, HOW THE HECK HAVE YOU HAD SOME FEEDBACK ON HOW THE POSTCARD, THEY THINK THE POSTCARD IS WORKING BETTER THAN CHEYENNE HAS A LOT OF DATA ON, ON THINGS, ON DIFFERENT THINGS.

I COULDN'T SPEAK TO IT, BUT HE HAS A LOT OF DATA AS TO WHO, WHO CLICKS ON ALL OF THE THINGS THAT HE SENDS OUT AND THE POSTCARDS AND WHAT HE SENDS THAT TO.

SO IT'S REALLY

[00:15:01]

HARD TO KIND OF GAUGE THAT, BUT HE SENDS IT TO EVERYBODY THAT GETS THE, WHO, WHO GOT THE ARTS IN ACTION AS WELL.

OKAY.

UH, THAT MIGHT BE SOMETHING IN ONE OF OUR UP AND COMING MEETINGS FOR US TO LET US KNOW HOW THAT'S WORKING IN BUFFERS AND STUFF.

TELL US WHAT HE'S DISCOVERED IF I CAN PIGGYBACK ON THAT A LITTLE BIT.

I THINK THAT WOULD BE A GOOD ITEM TO LOOK AT BECAUSE I THINK PERIODICALLY REVIEWING THIS, THE EFFICACY AND THE SUCCESS OF ALL OF OUR MARKETING EQUIPMENT, WE'VE DONE IT IN OUR OTHER PARKS AND REC WITH DIVISIONS HERE LATELY.

THEY KIND OF HAD A SIMILAR TRANSITION ON THE, ON THE RECREATION SIDE.

THEY HAVE TO PLAY GUY.

AND SO TRADITIONALLY THERE'S ALWAYS THIS DEBATE ON THE MAIL HOUSE VERSUS THE DIGITAL THAT THEY RAISED US ON.

BUT WE MADE THAT DECISION FROM A MONETARY STANDPOINT TO GET THAT THING OUT TO 40,000 HOUSEHOLDS THAT WE HAD ON WHATEVER IT IS, 8,000 HOUSEHOLDS, ACTUALLY, THE COST WASN'T ENOUGH.

IT WASN'T THERE YET.

SO I THINK ANYTIME WE GET A CHANCE TO EVALUATE IT AND LOOK FOR SOME DATA, SEE WHAT IT TELLS US, GO FROM THERE.

I JUST KNOW AS A STANDPOINT, YOU KNOW, GARLAND IS AN OLDER CITY AND THERE'S A LOT OF US THAT ARE OLDER AND WE ALL LIKE, WE WANT TO PAY HER, BUT THEN THE YOUNGER GENERATION ALL LIKES EVERYTHING TO BE ON THE PHONE.

SO THAT'S ONE OF THE THINGS I KNOW IT'S, UH, THAT I GUESS YOU HAVE KIND OF HAVE TO HAVE BOTH TO REACH.

MOST PEOPLE KNOW WE HAVE TO HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF EVERY, EVERY EVERYTHING.

OKAY, COOL.

SO YEAH, MY NEXT MEETING OR WHEN WE CAN, SO ANYTHING ELSE THAT YOU NEED, SO THAT WOULD BE THE ITEMS AND STUFF.

I THINK THAT THAT CONCLUDES KIND OF THE CITY PORTION.

AND SO MAYBE, MAYBE FOR OUR NEWER OR, UM, I KNOW SHE'S NOT BEEN SWORN IN QUITE YET, BUT THERE IS A DISTINCTION, SO THERE'S CITY BUSINESS THAT HAPPENS.

OKAY.

YEAH.

WHICH IS WHAT WE HAVE TWO SEPARATE MEETINGS AGAIN, THE CITY.

AND THEN WHEN WE NEED TO DO ANYTHING, UM, FINANCIALLY OR WHATEVER, DO THAT, THEN WE GO INTO OUR BIG MEETING INCORPORATING WE BOTTLE AND C3.

SO THAT'S, THAT'S WHAT WE HAVE DURING THIS MEETING AND THEN GO INTO THIS ONE.

SO THERE'S USUALLY, TO ME, THEY'RE NOT, YOU KNOW, LOCK, WE DON'T, THEY'RE NOT LONG MEETINGS, BUT STILL DO THE TWO DIFFERENT 'CAUSE.

THESE MINUTES WILL ACTUALLY BE A PUBLIC POSTED ON THE CITY'S WEBSITE, BUT THIS IS CONSIDERED A PUBLIC MEETING.

YOU NEED 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE HAS TO BE PUBLISHED.

UM, BUT THEN FOR OUR INC, WHICH IS THE PRIVATE NONPROFIT, THOSE MINUTES ARE AVAILABLE AND THEY'RE THERE ON THE RECORD, BUT THEY'RE NOT POSTED PUBLICLY.

SO, SO DO WE NEED A MOTION TO ADJOURN? YOU GET REDUNDANT TO ADJOURN AND THE SECOND, SECOND, ALL THOSE IN FAVOR, SAY, AYE, AYE.

OPPOSED HEARINGS.
