| 1. | APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approval of the minutes from the June 30, 2022, meeting. |

| 2. | ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION
A) Public Comments Persons who desire to address the Committee on any item on the agenda are allowed three minutes to speak. Testimony may be held until the item is considered or given at the beginning of any ASC meeting. Invited testimony may also occur at any time, subject to a request of the member of the committee and approval of the chair.
B) Finalize Council Policy Recommendations
By policy, the Administrative Services Committee is tasked with reviewing the City Council’s Policies on an annual basis. Proposed changes are forwarded to the full council for review and approval. This item was approved to report to council at the March meeting. The item is up for reconsideration, as members and staff wish to make additional changes. Refinement of Committee Scope and Description Rules Regarding Recording and Posting of all Board and Commission Minutes Policy on Remote Attendance by Council Members Policy on Use of Message Boards as Authorized by State Law.

These items are currently in the committee's backlog and may be briefly discussed for clarification or research direction. No items are currently backlogged. |

| 4. | PENDING REPORTS TO COUNCIL The committee has acted on these items. They have not yet been reported to the full council. Council Ethics Policy: changes were approved by the committee at the March 24, 2022, meeting. This report is being postponed until after the May 7, 2022, due to the need for multiple work sessions, public hearings, and anticipated changes in body membership.
