YOU KNOW THOSE DUMPSTERS IN THAT PROPERTY NEXT DOOR SMELL AND THE BRAHMS OH, MY GOSH, THE FOOD COMING OUT OF THE SMELLS COMING OUT OF THE DUMPSTER. THEY'RE ALL BACKING UP TO OUR RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. AND I'M REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT CHANGING THE USE FROM COMMERCIAL TO RESIDENTIAL. WHEN, UH YOU KNOW WHAT WE REALLY NEED IS SOME KIND OF A BUFFER USE. IF THERE WAS AN APARTMENT COMPLEX, FOR EXAMPLE, I'M NOT FOND OF APARTMENT COMPLEXES. BUT I'D MUCH RATHER HAVE THAT BECAUSE LEAST THEN THE APARTMENT COMPLEX COULD DESIGNED TO HAVE THEIR DUMPSTERS BACK UP TO OUR DUMPSTERS. AND THEN WE DON'T HAVE THE ODOR PROBLEM.
