HOWEVER, 21 OF THOSE WOULD BE E V CHARGING STATIONS, WHICH WILL GO OVER A LITTLE FURTHER HERE IN A FEW SLIDES. AND HERE'S THE LANDSCAPE PLAN. THE APPLICANT IS STATED THAT HE DOES NOT INTEND TO SELL BEER AND WINE FROM THE COMEDIAN STORE LOCATION. THAT'S RECOMMENDATION IS APPROVAL OVER THE QUEST, HOWEVER, STAFF RECOMMENDS DECREASING. THE 60 FT MONUMENT STYLE SIGNED TO NO MORE THAN 22 FT. IN HEIGHT, THE G D C ALLOWS A MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 22 FT FOR FREESTANDING PYLON SCIENCE.
