INCENTIVE AGREEMENT IN POINT IS IN PLACE EXECUTED IN JANUARY, 2022 CITY OFFERING REBATING 40% OF A NEW BP VALUATION FOR FIVE YEARS, SO THEY REBATE PERIOD IS TAXI OR 2022 TO 2026. SO WE JUST COMPLETED THE COMPLIANCE FOR 20 TAXI AT 2022. THEY MEET THE ALL THE COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT AND THEY WERE IN THE PROCESS OF MAKING A PAYMENT. A REFUND IS UP TO 2500 PER FULL TIME JOB. SO DOUBLY IS, UM PLANNING TO, UM. APPLY 284 JOBS . I'M SORRY 287 JOBS. AND IN THIS REALLY THE REQUIREMENT IS CITY, MASS. AND OR THE ENTERPRISE ZONE RESIDENTS, SO WE HAVE SOME CENSUS AREA IN GARLAND. IT'S ENTERPRISE ZONE RESIDENTS AND ALSO THEY'RE REQUIRED TO HIRE VETERANS. BENEFIT APPLY ONLY THE JOBS WITH THE WEEKLY WAGES ABOVE DALLAS COUNTY. SINCE WE'RE IN DALLAS COUNTY. THIS IS VERY HIGH, BUT 2022 AVERAGE FOR DALLAS COUNTY IS 16/1600 DOLLARS . THAT MEANS 83,000 ANNUALLY.

DESIGNATION PERIOD IS UP TO FIVE YEARS. SO IF THIS PROJECT THAT AWARDED IS STARTING THIRD QUARTER 2023, AND IF THEY CAN GET THE BENEFIT IS UNTIL SECOND QUARTER, 2028. SO TYPICALLY IF IT'S ART WE HAVE NOT REGULATED ART IN A LONG, LONG TIME ON PUBLIC FACING MALLS OR SIGNS AS LONG AS IT'S ART. SO THIS WOULD BE, UM, A PROJECT THAT THE CITY WOULD BE INVOLVED IN.
