UH, WE REACHED OUT TO PARKLAND FIRST AND WE HAD A PRETTY GOOD RESPONSE FROM THE PARKLAND AT THE BEGINNING.

BUT WHEN WE GOT TO THE CEO LEVEL, UM, THEY MENTIONED, UM, THANK YOU, BUT NO THANK YOU.

THE REASON IS THIS IS TOO CLOSE TO COLE, UH, COLE COUNTY AND ALSO ROCKWALL COUNTY.

SO WHAT THEY WANTED TO DO IS DEFINITELY MORE DIFFERENT, UM, AREA IN DALLAS COUNTY.

THEY WANTED TO, IF THEY'RE GONNA DO THE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL, IT'S HAS TO BE DIFFERENT SITE.

THAT WAS REALLY THEIR ANSWER.

SO WE ARE KIND OF TALKING TO DIFFERENT, UM, ME, UM, MEDICAL SERVICE OPERATOR RIGHT NOW.

UH, VA GARLAND NOW THEY HAVE A NEW OPERATING DIRECTOR.

SO WE ARE, UM, TRYING TO HAVE A MEETING SET AND SO WE JUST WANTED TO HAVE A CLEAR DIRECTION OF WHAT THE VA'S HOSPITAL'S, UM, PLAN FOR THE FUTURE.

IT'S REALLY THE ENTRANCE FOR THIS MEDICAL DISTRICT.

SO WE WANTED TO INCLUDE THAT FOR OUR CIP REQUEST FOR THIS YEAR.

WE ARE GONNA START FOR THE, UH, THE DESIGN, UH, PIECE FOR THIS CLARA BARTON IMPROVEMENT THIS YEAR.

CAN AN INCENT INCENTIVE INCENTIVE AGREEMENT WITH THE P PIAN.
