THE LOCATION OF THE SUBJECT SITE IS 1600 EDGEFIELD DRIVE, AND THE ACREAGE OF THE SITE IS JUST UNDER SIX ACRES IN SIZE. IT IS CURRENTLY ZONED FOR MULTI FAMILY USE. ITS MULTI FAMILY ONE IN F ONE IS THE CURRENT DISTRICT. THE APPLICANT IS REQUESTING A PLAN DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT MORE IN LINE WITH MF TWO FOR INCREASED DENSITY AMONG A FEW OTHER THINGS, UM HERE IS A GENERAL LOCATION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY.
