WE NEED TO WORK IN CERTAIN AREAS. THEY'VE IDENTIFIED SOME CERTAIN AREAS FOR ENOUGH MONEY, WHETHER WHAT I CALL ACTIVE MONEY, WHICH IS MONEY THE CITY GIVES OUT, OR PASSIVE MONEY, WHICH I CALL, I CALL A PASSIVE MONEY WHERE THERE ARE TAX INCENTIVES, COORDINATE THOSE IN CERTAIN AREAS, GET THAT AREA BUILT UP, AND EVERYTHING CAN KIND OF BE A SYNERGY FROM THERE. RIGHT NOW, WE HAVE REGIONAL CENTER KIND OF SCATTERED THROUGHOUT THE MAPS, BUT THIS ONE ON THE DRAFT FROM THE DRAFT FUTURE LAND USE MAP, WE HAVE THOSE IDENTIFIED AREAS AS REGIONAL DESTINATION, AND THERE WILL BE A TOOLBOX THAT WOULD KIND OF SUGGEST WHAT CAN WE DO TO MAKE THAT A REALITY. SO HOPEFULLY A LOT MORE USABLE IN TERMS OF IMPLEMENTING THE PLAN. BUT AGAIN, VIRGINIA IS WORKING ON DRAFTING THE PLANS NOW. IT'S COMING IN IN BITE SIZE PIECES. BUT THERE WILL BE TOOLS IN THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN PLAN AND RECOMMENDATIONS THAT CAN START AN INITIATIVE LIKE THAT. BECAUSE BEING FAMILIAR WITH THE AREA, THERE ARE AREAS THAT COULD COULD PERHAPS BE A LARGE REDEVELOPMENT AREA. THAT'S WHAT THE SPECTRUM OF CHANGE MAP DOES, THAT DOES IDENTIFY AREAS WHERE THERE COULD BE A LITTLE BIT MORE FOCUS TO REDEVELOPMENT EFFORT. OTHERS COULD BE INCREMENTAL REDEVELOPMENT EFFORT OR JUST SOME AREAS IS JUST PRESERVE. WE LIKE THE WAY IT IS TODAY ON THIS COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. WE'RE IDENTIFYING THEM AS PRESERVE. SO THAT WOULD BE ADDRESSED BY THE SPECTM OF CHANGE MAP. WE WILL CALL THAT A DIFFERENT WE GOT SOME INPUT FROM CITY COUNCIL. WE'LL CALL IT SOMETHING DIFFERENT. BUT FOR NOW WE'RE CALLING IT SPECTRUM OF CHANGE. BUT BUT WHAT I WANTED TO SAY IS THAT. BUT THAT PARTICULAR INITIATIVE WON'T BE PART OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN.
