THE PRICE THAT'S ON HERE IS THE ACTUAL PRICE THAT WE'RE GONNA PURCHASE THE PROPERTY FOR.

SO WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING THERE, UH, LOOKING AT THERE IS THE POTENTIAL GROSS RENT OR IF ALL FIVE SPACES WERE LEASED UP CURRENTLY AGAIN, THERE'S, THERE'S TWO VACANCIES.
SO, UH, YOU WOULD SUBTRACT OUT THE $30,000 AND $12,000 TO GET TO THE NET RENT.
