THE PRIORITIES CONTINUED TO OPERATE, UH, AFTER THE RELOCATION, INCLUDING ADVERTISING ABOUT THE 16 GUESTS AND THE DATE.

SUSPENSION, UH, THE SUSPENSION INCLUDED PARKING VIOLATIONS, TRASH VIOLATIONS, VOICE SERVICES, AND SHORT-TERM RENTAL OPERATIONS ISSUES.
AND A LITTLE BIT ABOUT HOW IT BECAME ABOUT THE SUSPENSION OF THE PERMIT.
UH, THE REAL ORDINANCE IN CHAPTER 32 0 9, THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, UH, SECTION K IS DEALS SPECIFICALLY WITH SUSPENSION PERMIT.
IT SAYS A RENTAL PERMIT CAN BE TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED BY THE CITY FOR ACTIONS LIMITED TO NOT, NOT LIMITED TO THE POLICE OFFICERS.
UH, CITY MARSHALS, HEALTH OFFICIALS, BILL INSPECTIONS, CODE ENFORCEMENT, OR MEMBERS OF PUBLIC HAVE RESPONDED TO SHORT TERM RENTAL THREE TIMES OR MORE IN A 12 MONTH PERIOD 'CAUSE OF ALLEGED TOYOTA CONDUCT.
RESPOND TO CHAPTER 26, WHICH IS THE POLICE, UH, CODE OF WARRANTS, BUT IT SPECIFICALLY CALLS OUT THINGS LIKE NOISE, PARKING AND CODE TESTIMONY AF AFTER THE, UH, SO BACK THE ORIGINALS.
A LETTER, UH, WAS SENT TO THE OWNER OCTOBER 27TH, 2025, SUSPENDED ON A LICENSE.
UM, WHAT LED UP TO THAT? IN OCTOBER, 1420, THE CITY MARSHALS SENT A LETTER TO THE OWNER AS WELL, UH, DOCUMENTED ALL THE PARKING VIOLATIONS THEY HAD NOTED AT THE PROPERTY.

POLICE CALLS FOR SERVICE ON, UH, DECEMBER 1ST, 2025.
CONTINUE PARKING VIOLATIONS NELSON AND DO ONCE THERE WERE CITATIONS WERE NOVEMBER 14TH, 2025, DECEMBER 14TH, 2025, JANUARY 2ND, 2026.
JANUARY 3RD, 2026, JANUARY 12TH, 2026.
THEY ALSO HAD OCCUPANCY VIOLATIONS.
LIKE I SAID, THE COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT THEY ENTERED INTO AND SIGNED FOR SAID THEY WOULD HAVE NO MORE THAN 12 GUESTS OF THE PROPERTY.

UH, THE LETTER SENT TO THE HOMEOWNER AT THAT TIME SAID THEY COULD APPEAL TO THE PROPERTY STANDARDS BOARD, WHAT THEY'RE HERE AT NIGHT FOR, UH, BUT TO CONTINUE OPERATING AT THAT POINT WOULD CONSTITUTE A CRIMINAL OFFENSE.
UM, AND THEY WERE MADE AWARE OF THAT AND CONTINUED VIOLATIONS WOULD RESULT IN CITATIONS, PROSECUTION, OR PENALTIES.
SINCE THAT TIME, SINCE JANUARY 30TH WHEN THE PERMIT WAS REVOKED, THEY HAVE CONTINUED LIST OF PROPERTY.
UH, SO THE AIRBNB SITE SHOWS 16 PLUS GUESTS LISTED ON THE WEBSITE, UH, IS CURRENTLY DOWN, BUT THEY SHOW, WE SHOW ACTIVITY BASICALLY IN MARCH AND JANUARY, UH, WHERE THE HOUSE WAS STILL LISTED FOR RENT.
THEN THEY'D TAKE IT DOWN AT CERTAIN POINTS.

IN SUMMARY, THE CITY GARDEN RECORDS INDICATE PROPERTY 34 1 RIDGEDALE HAS OPERATED A SHORT-TERM RENTAL PERMIT WITH A DOCUMENTED HISTORY OF REPEATED ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS, INCLUDING ON STREET PARKING, INVOICE DISTURBANCES RELATED ANCE CONDITIONS.

HOWEVER, THE CONTINUED VIOLATIONS WERE DOCUMENTED, INCLUDING OCCUPANCY, EXCEEDANCES, ONGOING PARKING AND TRASH ISSUES.
THEY GO ADHERE TO AGREED CONDITIONS.
AND BASED UPON THESE CONDITIONS AND THE BREACH OF COMPLIANCE AGREEMENT, THE PERMIT WAS REVOKED ON JANUARY 30TH, 2026.
DESPITE THE RELOCATION, THE FORMAL NOTICE, THE PROPERTIES CONTINUED TO ADVERTISE AS SHORT-TERM RENTAL LISTING, INCLUDING UP TO 16 PEOPLE, GUESTS IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF AGREEMENT.
AND TO DATE, MULTIPLE CITATIONS HAVE BEEN ISSUED FOR THE PROPERTY FOR, FOR OPERATING WITHOUT A VALID PERMIT AND DEMONSTRATING ONGOING NON-COMPLIANCE AND DISREGARD FOR CITY ORDINANCES.
