1. Consider approval of the minutes of the February 8, 2011 Regular Meeting. 2. Consider a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Consent to Assignment and Amendment, a Lakeshore Sublease Assumption Agreement, a Recognition Agreement, and other documents related to the transfer of title of the Harbor Point development. 3. Consider an ordinance amending Chapter 33, “Transportation,” of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Garland. 4. Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a nonbinding letter of intent with Sears Holdings Corporation for the purchase of land; authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and enter into an acquisition agreement with Sears Holdings Corporation for the purchase of land in an amount not to exceed $250,000. 6. Consider an ordinance ordering and providing notice of a General Election for the City of Garland to be held on the 14th day of May, 2011; calling a Run-off Election, if needed.
