North Texas Municipal Water District Briefing Ozonation and Operational Issues Representatives from the North Texas Municipal Water District will be present to brief Council on ozonation and other operational issues.
Placement of Residential Solid Waste for Collection Council previously requested that the Citizens Environmental Neighborhood Advisory Committee review and provide recommendations to Chapter 52, “Sanitation,” of the Code of Ordinances regarding the placement of residential solid waste for collection. The Committee will brief Council on their proposed recommendations.
Community Services Committee Report As directed by Council, the Community Services Committee considered the following items and will provide Council with proposed recommendations: Enhanced Security Measures for Convenience Stores Amendment to Chapter 32 of the Code of Ordinances regarding a revised, updated definition of “family” for purposes of determining what constitutes a “single-family” residence.
Public Safety Committee Report As directed by Council, the Public Safety Committee reviewed the home eviction process. The Committee will brief Council on their recommendations of the process.
Interview Process for the NTMWD and TMPA Boards Council is requested to discuss the process for interviewing candidates for appointments to the North Texas Municipal Water District and Texas Municipal Power Agency Board of Directors.

Consider the Consent Agenda A member of the City Council may ask that an item on the consent agenda for the next regular meeting be pulled from the consent agenda and considered separate from the other consent agenda items. No substantive discussion of that item will take place at this time. 4.
