Amend Sublease Agreement with LSR Marina Investments, Inc. Council is requested to consider a request from LSR Marina Investments, Inc. to extend the use of the Lake Pointe Marina existing site for 18 months from July 23, 2009 in order to allow additional time needed to relocate marina operations and rebuild the marina at the new site.
Proposed Changes to Chapter 22 Council will be briefed on proposed updates to multiple sections of Chapter 22 of the Code of Ordinances. These changes are needed to either provide service, to meet current departmental enforcement policies, or to meet State regulations. In addition, a proposal for the addition of “Article IX – Child Care Center” regulations to Chapter 22 will also be presented.
Amendments to Ordinance No. 5213 Hotel/Motel Standards At the request of Council Members Darren Lathen and Rick Williams, Council is requested to consider amendments to Ordinance No. 5213, Hotel/Motel Standards.
Process for Appointments to the NTMWD and TMPA Boards At the request of Mayor Ronald Jones, Council is requested to discuss the process for appointments to the North Texas Municipal Water District and Texas Municipal Power Agency Boards.
Item 3: Consider the Consent Agenda A member of the City Council may ask that an item on the consent agenda for the next regular meeting be pulled from the consent agenda and considered separate from the other consent agenda items.
