The rate model identifies a proposed interim water rate increase as well as water and wastewater rates needed to cover capital and operational costs for the next five years.
b. Amendment of PD 82-42 Regarding Carport Location At the request of Council Members Darren Lathen and Rick Williams, Council is requested to discuss amending the Planned Development District 82-42 conditions.
c. Dallas County Eviction Process At the request of Council Members John Willis and Laura Perkins Cox, Council is requested to discuss Dallas County’s eviction process.
e. Citizen Comments At the request of City Manager Bill Dollar, Council is requested to discuss the “Citizen Comments” section of the Council meeting agenda.
a. 2009/2010 CDBG Budget Montgomery Council is requested to review and provide direction for the allocation of funds for the 2009/2010 CDBG Budget.
