Change of Chapter 32 Dwelling Unit Capacity On January 6, 2009, the Community Services Committee recommended that Council consider modification of Section 32.04(A)(4) that establishes the number of individuals that may occupy a single residential dwelling unit.
Streetlight Policies and Issues Dollar Staff will brief Council on the City’s streetlight policies.
Alternative Financial Establishments Council is requested to discuss amendments to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance that would provide a definition and establish regulations for Alternative Financial Establishments.
Proposed 2009 Capital Improvement Program Presentation and Deliberation Staff will provide final presentations of the Proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Council is requested to discuss and provide direction to staff regarding changes to the City Manager’s Proposed CIP. This item is scheduled for formal consideration at the February 3, 2009 Regular Meeting.
