Invocation, Pledge, Presentations and Proclamations.
All items under this section are recommended for approval by a single motion of Council, without discussion. Council has been briefed on these items at a previous work session and approval of the consent agenda authorizes the City Manager to implement each item. The Mayor will announce the agenda and provide an opportunity for members of the audience and the City Council to request that an item be removed and considered separately.
Zoning Public Hearing - Z-07-69 Corwin Engineering
Consider the application of Corwin Engineering, requesting approval of 1) a change of zoning from Planned Development (PD) District 86- 7 for a Senior Living Facility and related Health Services, Agriculture (AG) District and Planned Development (PD) District 87-1 for Freeway Uses to a Planned Development (PD) District for Single-Family Uses, and 2) a Detail Plan for Single-Family Uses. The property is located southeast of Naaman Forest Boulevard and east of Ranger Drive.
Zoning Public Hearing - Z-08-11 Jabez Construction
Consider the application of Jabez Construction, requesting approval of 1) a change of zoning from Planned Development (PD)District 03-63 for Duplex Uses to a Planned Development(PD)District for Townhouse and Duplex Uses, 2) a Concept Plan, 3)a variance to Section 15A-200 of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance regarding lot depth requirements, and 4) a variance to Section 15A-1300 of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance regarding common areas.
