Item 9: On February 5, 2008, Council was presented with the 2008 Proposed Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Copies of the Proposed CIP were made available the following day for public inspection at City libraries, the City Secretary’s Office, and on the City’s website. A public hearing on the Proposed CIP was held on February 19, 2008 with an additional hearing scheduled for March 4, 2008.
