Item 4 - Hold a public hearing to consider a waiver of a required payment of the Reforestation and Tree Management Fund of Tree Preservation Ordinance No. 5731. Council is requested to consider a request from SST Truck LLC Company for the waiver of a required payment to the Tree Fund.

Item 5b - Consider the application of GEES, requesting approval of a change in zoning from Agriculture (AG) District to Single-Family (SF/16/A/2) District within the SH 190 Overlay. The property is located at 6325 Murphy Road.

Item 5c - Consider the application of Super Food Mart, requesting approval of a Specific Use Permit for Retail Sales with Gas Pumps on property zoned Industrial-1 (I-1) District. The property is located at 102 East Buckingham Road.
Consider appointments to Boards and Commissions
Item 6 - Board members are selected for two-year terms by the City Council in August. Terms are usually staggered whereby at least half of the membership has board experience. Board members are appointed based on qualifications.
