Item 11b - Consider the application of Good, Fulton & Farrell Architects requesting approval of 1) a Detail Plan with conditions on property zoned Planned Development (PD) District 06-37 for Freeway Uses and 2) a Specific Use Permit for a Restaurant with Drive Through. The property is located southwest of the intersection of Marketplace Drive and Saturn Road.

Item 11c - Consider the application of Buffet Partners, LP, requesting approval of a Detail Plan for a Restaurant on property zoned Planned Development (PD) District 06-37 for Freeway Uses. The property is located at 1540 Marketplace Drive.

Item 12 - Board members are selected for two-year terms by the City Council in August. Terms are usually staggered whereby at least half of the membership has board experience. Board members are appointed based on qualifications.
