Item 11b - Consider the application of Good, Fulton & Farrell Architects requesting approval of 1) a Detail Plan with conditions on property zoned Planned Development (PD) District 06-37 for Freeway Uses and 2) a Specific Use Permit for a Restaurant with Drive Through. The property is located southwest of the intersection of Marketplace Drive and Saturn Road.
