(4.)Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute an engineering services agreement to Scarborough Engineering, Inc. in the amount of $135,828. (5.) Consider a resolution accepting a Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Selective Traffic Enforcement Program (STEP) comprehensive grant in the amount of $30,000. (6.) Consider a resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute agreements with High Street Residential, LLC for the Downtown Redevelopment Project. (7.) Consider a resolution opposing H.B. 651; supporting repeal of Gas Reliability Infrastructure Program (GRIP) Statute; joining cities for reasonable gas rates; supporting legislation that promotes new pipeline construction without diminishing local control over gas rates, services and operations; providing for distribution of this resolution to legislators representing the City.
