Consider an ordinance canvassing the results of a General Election held for the purpose of electing a candidate to the office of City Council of the City of Garland, Texas, for an election having been held on May 12, 2012 and declaring the results of that election.
Conduct the swearing in of the Council Members for Districts 1, 4 and 5.
