Consider approving by minute action the Council Rules of Order and Procedure.
Hold a public hearing on the following zoning case: Consider the application of Wes Parnell requesting approval of a Specific Use Permit for Restaurant with Drive Through on property zoned Shopping Center (SC) District in the IH 635 Overlay District. The property is located at 2002 Eastgate Drive. (File 12-44) The proposal is for approval of a Specific Use Permit for a Chicken Express Restaurant on property zoned Shopping Center. At the September 10, 2012 meeting, the Plan Commission (by a 9 to 0 vote) recommended approval of the Specific Use Permit for a period of 25 years tied to Chicken Express.
