IH 635 East Update Campbell/Athas At the request of Council Member Tim Campbell and Mayor Douglas Athas, Kelly Selman, District Engineer for the Texas Department of Transportation’s Dallas District, will provide an overview and update of the IH 635 East Project and other transportation issues impacting Garland. b. Major Transportation Projects/Staff Workplan & Stanley/Dodson Transportation Update At the request of Council Member Stephen W. Stanley and Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Lori Dodson, staff will review with Council, the Major Transportation Projects Staff Workplan for the IH-635 East Project, IH-30 and S.H. 78. Staff will also update the Council on past and current activities of the IH-635 East Project and S.H. 78. c.
