Texas Muncipal Power Agency (TMPA) Board Appointment Process The Texas Municipal Power Agency (TMPA) notified the City that James Ratliff's term as a member of the TMPA Board of Directors expires on July 18, 2016. The City will need to reappoint Mr. Ratliff or appoint a new member to serve for the two-year term of July 19, 2016 to July 18, 2018. Unless otherwise directed by Council, this item will be scheduled for formal consideration at the July 19, 2016 Regular Meeting.
