Street Department FY 2016-2017 Project Status Update Staff will brief Council on the status of the Street Department's FY 2016-2017 Program, including operational improvements, the overlay crew, project management and expenditures.
Council/Staff Process for Gathering Public Input At the request of Council Members David Gibbons and Council Member Anita Goebel, Council will discuss the process for gathering citizen input in the development of various projects in the City and staff presentations to the public.
Street Department FY 2016-2017 Project Status Update Staff will brief Council on the status of the Street Department's FY 2016-2017 Program, including operational improvements, the overlay crew, project management and expenditures.
Process and Update on Development of Dog Park At the April 17, 2017 Work Session, Council requested a briefing by the Parks Department on the process for selecting sites for park facilities such as the dog park and skate park. Parks will make a presentation to the Council, and provide an update for the dog park. At this time, the dog park is the only facility of the two which has been active for park site analysis, public presentation for site selection, and collection of input.
Regular Item: 2017-2018 CDBG, HOME and ESG Budgets Information regarding applications, funding history, and available funds for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME, and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Budgets are provided for Council's information and review. A public hearing will be held at the May 2, 2017 Regular Meeting. Final discussion on this item will be scheduled at the May 15, 2017 Work Session. Budget adoption is scheduled for the May 16, 2017 Regular Meeting.
