Confirmation of City Health Authority Dr. Timothy Lambert has served as Garland’s Health Authority since June 25, 2005. His current two year term expires October 1, 2017. Downtown Square Streets, Sidewalk, Drainage, Infrastructure Engineering Design Council is requested to consider authorizing staff to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates to provide a comprehensive infrastructure analysis of the rights-of-way surrounding the Downtown Square.
Report on Council Official Travel Council Policy Section 6 (E) A Councilmember shall provide a brief report on any meeting attended at the expense of the City at the next regular meeting of the Council.
