Bio-Tel Interlocal Agreement Council is requested to consider authorizing the City Manager to execute the amendment that extends the Inter-local Agreement signed in October of 2016 between Garland and Parkland, by an additional two years, for Bio-Tel Services to act as medical control for Garland Fire Department's EMS. Unless otherwise directed by Council, this item will be scheduled for formal consideration at the September 19, 2017 Regular Meeting.
