Development Agreement with Creek Valley Lot Venture, Ltd for Creek Valley No. 2, Phase 1 Subdivision Council is requested to consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a Development Agreement between the City of Garland and Creek Valley Lot Venture, LTD for the development of a certain 11.726 acre tract of land located at the intersection of Centerville Road and Country Club Road, pursuant to Planned Development Ordinance No. 6930. Amendment No. 1 to the Project Specific Agreement with Dallas County for Shiloh Road from IH-635 to Kingsley Road Council is requested to consider whether to enter into Amendment No. 1 to the Project Specific Agreement (PSA) with Dallas County for increased participation in the design and construction of Shiloh Road from IH-635 to Kingsley Road. Community Multicultural Commission At the request of Council Member Deborah Morris and Mayor Lori Barnett Dodson, Council is requested to discuss providing the Community Multicultural Commission specific guidance as to mission and/or workplan.
2019 Proposed Bond Election Discussion Staff will provide Council with background information related to the Bond Study Committee recommendations, analysis of tax rate impacts and a discussion of how project cost were developed. Staff will also provide an outline of Council's work day on Saturday, January 12th to consider adjustments to the Committee's recommendations.

Council's review of the draft revisions to the Garland Development Code sign regulations is requested.
