Written Briefings: DART Agreement for Priority Bus Service DART has been working with Transportation Department staff to enable DART bus route 402 to receive priority treatment from the traffic signals. Within Garland, this route includes all of Belt Line Road, as well as portions of First Street, Buckingham Road, Glenbrook Drive, and Walnut Street between Glenbrook and the Downtown Garland DART Station. Staff is requesting that the City Council approve the attached agreement between the City of Garland and DART.
Annual Performance Update on the City of Garland Housing Agency 2015-2019 Five Year Plan and Administrative Plan Approval Council is requested to consider approval of the Garland Housing Agency's Annual Performance Update and the Administrative Plan revisions in order for the City of Garland to continue to receive funding from the Department of Housing and Urban Development to provide rental assistance to low income families. Unless otherwise directed by Council, this item will be scheduled for formal consideration at the July 3, 2019 Regular Meeting.
