Cost of Service for Water and Wastewater The City Council requested that a high level cost of service and rate design study be performed to determine what future amendments may be needed in overall water and wastewater rate levels or rate design. The City’s rate consultant, NewGen Strategies & Solutions, will provide a status update on the Study and will specifically discuss the results of the water and wastewater cost of service analysis.
Windsurf Bay Park Update on Preparations for Holiday Activity The Police and Parks Department will update Council on preparations for holiday activities at Windsurf Bay Park.
Dog Park Bid Summary Council will be briefed on the results of the recently closed bid advertisement for the dog park project in Central Park. Staff will present a summary of the scope of work, associated costs, and recommendations on the bid award.
