The City Council Policy on Special Events states that requests from nonprofit organizations for donated services in excess of $5,000 be brought to the City Council for consideration. Unless otherwise directed by Council, staff will proceed with the proposed assistance for the special event.
Application for North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) Grant Council is requested to approve an application to the North Central Texas Council of Governments Grant to provide supplemental funding for a study to assess and evaluate the City of Garland's recycling program. Unless otherwise directed by Council, this item will be scheduled for formal consideration at the January 14, 2020 Regular Meeting.
TMPA Joint Operating Agreement Amendment No. 4 Council is requested to approve the amendments to the Joint Operating Agreement as proposed. This item is scheduled for formal consideration at the January 7, 2020 Regular Meeting.
Consider Technical Amendments to the City Marshal Parking Program Council is requested to adopt two technical amendments relating to the administrative parking enforcement program: (1) An amendment to Sec. 24. 44(B) to provide a uniform date for late fees; (2) An amendment to Sec. 32.57(A)(7) to provide a consistent definition of oversized trailer.
