Reprogramming of CDBG-20 and Advancing ESG-COVID Funds Staff will present an overview of funding assistance resources that may be available for COVID-19 response and recovery activities. Included in this presentation will be an update on grant funding the City of Garland has received to date or anticipates receiving in the future. In addition to the briefing, staff will seek Council's direction on options to enable immediate deployment of rental and mortgage assistance to qualifying Garland residents.
