Written Briefings: a. Investment Portfolio Summary Staff presents the Portfolio Summary report to Council each quarter. The report is in compliance with the requirements of the Public Funds Investment Act. Management of the City's portfolios is conducted in accordance with the City Council Financial Policy, Statement of Investment Strategy and Investment Policy. b. Centerville Road Speed Limit Revisions Council is requested to consider increasing the speed limit from 40 mph to 45 mph between SH 66 and Castle Drive. Unless otherwise directed by Council, this item will be scheduled for formal consideration at the August 4, 2020 Regular Meeting. c. Heliport CARES Grant Application Council is requested to consider approving the Heliport CARES Grant application that will provide funds to the Heliport for operations.
COVID-19 Response Update and Further Actions Staff will provide an update to Council and ask for Council direction on various matters related to COVID-19 and actions being taken by the City.
Quarterly Transportation Update The Transportation Director will give the quarterly update on major transportation projects.
Discussion of Fine Amounts for the Discharge of Fireworks At the request of Council Member Deborah Morris and Mayor Scott LeMay, Council is requested to discuss the fine amounts for the discharge of fireworks.
Zoning Case Notification Procedures At the request of Council Member Rich Aubin and Mayor Scott LeMay, a briefing will be provided regarding procedures used to notify the public of zoning cases and proposed changes.
