The proposed Change Order increases the existing contract amount of $96,187.17 by twenty percent for a new total of $115,424.60. This contract provides for bi-weekly grounds maintenance including mowing, edging, removal of grass clippings, and litter control for 126 acres of medians along major thoroughfares throughout the city. b. Garland Police Department Ammunition Bid No. 0532-17 GT Distributors $91,352.90 Precision Delta Corp. 33,762.00 TOTAL $125,114.90 This request is to purchase ammunition for the training of Garland Police Officers in the use of firearms to perform their duties. c. Fifth Street Water and Paving Improvements - Daugherty Drive to Miller Road Bid No. 0359-17 Tri-Con Services, Inc. $1,150,000.00 This request is to provide for the construction of approximately 1,445 linear feet of 8-inch water line and 7,050 square yards of pavement replacement and all incidentals. d. Professional Engineering Design Services for Water, Wastewater, Paving, and Drainage Improvements Bid No. 0557-17 McManus & Johnson Consulting Engineers, LLC $334,000.00 This request is to provide Professional Engineering Design Services at various locations throughout the City. 3.
