Approve Professional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates to Prepare Engineering Studies and Designs for Downtown Streets and Sidewalks Council is requested to authorize staff to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates to provide a comprehensive infrastructure analysis of the rights-of-way surrounding the Downtown Square.
