Due to the complex nature of the project, an Optional Contingency is included for any additional labor or equipment that may be required. b. Sanitary Sewer Mainline and Service Lateral Rehabilitation Bid No. 1082-18 Insituform Technologies, LLC $1,000,000.00 This request is for a term contract that is renewed annually to provide trenchless rehabilitation of approximately 13,027 feet of sanitary sewer lines throughout the City. c. GP&L ERCOT Interface Software Management Support Bid No. 1165-18 Open Systems International $202,401.00 This request is for the renewal of software support for GP&L’s SCADA/EMS/GMS applications used by Transmission and Generation Operations. e.
