This request is for the construction of underground electrical distribution improvements in support of new commercial development on the I.H. 190 service road between Holford Road and Campbell Road. Due to the complex nature of the project, an Optional Contingency is included for any additional labor or equipment that may be required. |

This request is for a term contract that is renewed annually to provide trenchless rehabilitation of approximately 13,027 feet of sanitary sewer lines throughout the City. |

This request is to purchase a primary effluent pump to be used for pumping wastewater through the Rowlett Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. |

Council is requested to approve an ordinance amending Chapter 50 Utility Rates and Fees of the City of Garland Code of Ordinances to incorporate the Green Rate Rider. |

Consider a resolution requesting financial assistance from the Texas Water Development Board; authorizing the filing of an application for assistance; and making certain findings in connection therewith. Council is requested to approve a resolution authorizing the City Manager to submit a funding application to the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) through the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund. |
