This request is for the purchase of two dead-end and two tangent transmission structures and anchor bolts needed for the relocation of a span of the TMPA McCree to Centerville 345kV Transmission Line. Due to the complex nature of the project, an Optional Contingency is included for any additional materials that may be required. |

This request is to provide a manufacturer-specific power train rebuild on a Caterpillar 160H motor grader, Unit 160-182, for Hinton Landfill. |

Adopt by minute action the attached rules of order, which are inclusive of the financial and investment policies and statements required by state law. The City Charter provides that, at the first regular meeting of the Council in January of each year, the Council shall adopt its rules of order (a document that also contains the Council's written policies). Additionally, state law requires the governing body of all cities to adopt certain investment and financial policies on an annual basis. Because the financial and investment policies are contained in and a part of the Council's general rules of order, they are usually adopted at the same time as the Council adopts its general rules of order. |

Consider a resolution of the City of Garland, Texas, endorsing certain legislative changes to Texas law proposed by the Texas Chapter of the Solid Waste Association of North America and providing an effective date. At the December 17, 2018 Work Session, Council considered approving a resolution supporting the Texas Chapter of the Solid Waste Association of North America 2019 Legislation "Slow Down to Get Around" (SDTGA). |

Consider the application of MMA, Inc., requesting approval of 1) an amendment to Planned Development (PD) 84-73 District and 2) an amended Concept Plan on a property (a portion of Tract 13) in Planned Development (PD) 84-73 District for Neighborhood Office Uses. This property is located at 4680 North Shiloh Road. (File No. Z 18-47, District 7) BEING a 4.683-acre tract of land located in the Thomas Montgomery Survey, Abstract No. 962, in the City of Garland, Dallas County, Texas, being a portion of a called 35.11-acre tract of land as described in the Warranty Deed with Vendor’s Lien to William F. Callejo, Trustee, filed for record in Volume 67197, Page 1530, Deed Records, Dallas County, Texas (DRDCT). The applicant proposes a Concept Plan that divides the property into three (3) tracts and allows additional commercial land uses on the property. |
