Design Services for Paving Reconstruction at Various Railroad Crossings Bid No. 0843-19 R-Delta Engineers, Inc. $117,300.00 This request is to provide professional engineering design, surveying, and permitting services for paving construction at various railroad crossings. 3. On April 8, 2019, Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC (“Oncor” or “Company”) filed an Application for Approval to Amend its Distribution Cost Recover Factor (“DCRF”) to Increase Distribution Rates with each of the cities in their service area.
