Drinking Water System Risk and Resiliency Assessment and Emergency Action Plan Bid No. 0898-19 Freese and Nichols, Inc. $199,890.00 This request is to provide an Engineering Evaluation in accordance with the America's Water Infrastructure Act (AWIA) that was signed into law on October 23, 2018. c. GP&L Security & IT Modular Building Bid No. 0892-19 Ramtech Building Systems $181,000.00 This request is for the construction of a modular building for GP&L Security & IT. d. King Mountain/Roadrunner 345kV Transmission Line Materials Bid No. 0755-19 Techline, Inc. $625,756.22 This request is for the purchase of materials to construct a 345kV transmission line to connect the Roadrunner Solar Farm into the new King Mountain Switch Station. e. GP&L and TMPA Substation Circuit Breakers Bid No. 0812-19 Mitsubishi Electric Power Products, Inc. $3,500,000.00 This request is for the purchase of substation circuit breakers on an as-needed basis for the TMPA and GP&L Electric Systems. This is a Term Agreement with two optional renewals. f. TMPA Jack Creek to Twin Oaks Transmission Line Structure Replacement Bid No. 0714-19 Sabre Industries, Inc. $192,431.00 This request is for the purchase of two steel monopoles that will replace an existing lattice structure pole on the TMPA Jack Creek to Twin Oaks transmission line. g. King Mountain Switch Station Control House Bid No. 0736-19 Electrical Power Products, Inc. $850,069.00 This request is for the purchase of a control house for the King Mountain Switch Station. h. Erosion Control Bid No. 0936-19 Knight Erosion Control, Inc. $500,000.00 This request is to provide labor, materials and equipment necessary for the installation of bag walls for erosion maintenance on an as-needed basis. This is a Term Agreement with two optional renewals. i. Automated Vehicle Location (AVL) Equipment and Installation Services Bid No. 0917-19 GTS Technology Solutions $131,959.31 Optional Contingency 12,979.55 TOTAL: $144,938.86 This request is for the purchase and installation of AVL/GPS devices for GP&L and TMPA vehicles and equipment.
