Mini Pumper Truck Bid No. 1063-19 Siddons-Martin Emergency Group $236,322.00 This request is for the purchase of a new mini pumper truck for the Garland Fire Department. h. GP&L King Mountain Transmission Line Construction Labor Bid No. 0902-19 RES System 3, LLC $2,203,245.00 This request is to provide labor necessary for construction of the 345kV GP&L King Mountain Switch to Roadrunner Solar Transmission Line. i. Consider a resolution adopting and approving the Garland Housing Agency's fourth year update on the 2015-2019 Five Year Plan; and providing an effective date. Consider an ordinance of the City Council of the City of Garland, Texas, ordaining the City's participation in the Texas Enterprise Zone Program pursuant to the Texas Enterprise Zone Act, Chapter 2303, Texas Government Code (Act), providing tax incentives, designating a liaison for communication with interested parties, and nominating Kraft Heinz Foods Company to the Office of the Governor Economic Development & Tourism (EDT) through the Economic Development Bank as an Enterprise Project. 7. Consider appointments to Boards and Commissions. Board members are selected for two-year terms by the City Council in August.
